CSpring Named One of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Indiana
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Indianapolis, Indiana — CSpring has been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Indiana, marking the 21st year of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce initiative recognizing organizations that demonstrate exceptional workplace culture and employee engagement.
The statewide survey and awards program evaluates participating organizations through a rigorous two-part process. The first phase reviews workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second consists of a comprehensive employee survey measuring the employee experience. Final rankings are determined by combined scores.
For CSpring, the recognition reflects a culture built around clarity, ownership, and trust.
“Strong cultures aren’t accidental. They’re built through clarity, accountability, and trust,” said Emma Myers, Chief of Staff. “We’re intentional about creating an environment where people understand what matters, feel supported in doing meaningful work, and are empowered to solve real problems. This recognition reflects the consistency of our culture, not just how we work together, but how we show up for our clients.”
CSpring provides strategic advisory, data and analytics, and technology solutions that help organizations cut through complexity and make confident, defensible decisions in increasingly data-driven environments. That commitment to clarity and accountability isn’t just external, it shapes how our teams collaborate, innovate, and deliver value. Clear priorities, shared ownership, and a foundation of trusted data drive both client outcomes and the employee experience.
Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders noted that the program helps organizations “take the temperature of their culture and how it’s resonating with today’s workers,” adding that winners demonstrate best practices that enable them to attract and retain talent while driving productivity and success.
Workforce Research Group managed the registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined honorees and rankings.
Best Places to Work in Indiana winners are selected across five categories based on company size. Rankings will be announced at an awards ceremony on May 13, 2026, and published in the Indiana Chamber’s BizVoice® magazine following the event.
